Before you decide to buy a new wedge welder, consider one of our fully refurbished machines. Our refurbished machines are new in every way, except for the machine's case.  The refurbishment program is extensive. The process is the following:
We dismantle all machines into individual parts, then rebuild them from the bottom up. The procedure includes installing all new moving parts and electrical components. We also rewire the equipment entirely as part of this process. All work performed in this production matches the current OEM specifications.
With an extensive overhaul, we can confidently offer a 24-month warranty (twice that of an OEM machine) and save customers literally thousands compared to buying a new OEM machine.

Another option that can save you even more is to refurbish your existing machine, using the same process listed above. - or trading it in against the cost of a refurbished unit.
